On a turn of , Dylan Cummings checked to Roy Carson who tossed in a bet of 3,400. The third player in the hand quickly folded and Cummings made the call.
The completed the board and once Cummings checked, Carson fired 6,000 and was instantly called by Cummings. Carson tabled and Cummings scooped the pot with , turning a set of sevens.

The dealer fanned a flop of and Jones check-called a bet of 2,600 from O'Neil.
The hit the turn and Jones checked to O'Neil again, and O'Neil fired out a bet of 6,600. Jones paused for a moment and pushed his cards towards the middle.

The dealer fanned a flop of , Hall checked and Berling tossed out a bet of 1,000. Both the button and small blind quickly folded and Hall made the call.
The hit the turn and Hall checked to Berling who fired a black chip across the line for a bet of 5,000. Hall quickly mucked his hand and the dealer pushed the pot to Berling.

Eight players limped in to see the flop and the action checked to Peggy Gulick as she fired out a bet of 5,000. The table started tossing in their cards as one table mate said, "If i guess your hand will you show it?"
Gulick politely declined and passed her cards back to the dealer.

The second chance flight for all players who took a shot in Day 1 begins at 11:00 a.m.
Day 1 attracted a combined total of 750 entries and generated a prize pool of $138,750. At the end of the Day it was Josh Mortenti bagging the chip lead with 1,665,000 in chips.
All entrants will receive a 20,000 starting stack and have an optional add-on for $10 for an additional 5,000 chips at registration.
Blinds will begin at 100/200 and levels will be 30-minutes in length. There will be a 15-minute break after every fourth level and play. Play will continue until just five percent of the field remain and the top ten percent will reach the money.
All three flights will combine on Day 2 at 11:00 a.m. and play down until the final table. Day 3 will be on Thursday at 2:00 p.m.

The 2022 Bar Poker Open at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas Day 1 Flight A and B have come to an end. The first flight of the day had a total of 531 entries, creating a total prize pool of $98,235. The second flight of the day attracted a total of 219 entries, adding $40,515 to the prize pool.
Twenty-six players found a bag in Day 1 Flight A, and 11 players in Flight B. Josh Mordenti bagged the overall chip lead between the two flights with an impressive stack of 1,665,000. Carlous Collins bagged second in chips, with 1,180,000, followed closely by Ruben Vancelette with 1,055,000 to round the top three.
There will be one more chance to find a bag as Day 1b is at 11:00 a.m on Tuesday for all second chance players. Day 1b will add their prize pool to the combined total and all flights will come together on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.
Day 2 will be eight-handed and will play down to the final table before bagging and the final table will be Thursday at 2:00 p.m. and will be live-streamed.
